A New Dual Degree with Kedge Business School
Partnership with KEDGE Business School for ESTACA 5th-year students to join specialized courses in logistics and supply chain management.
A dual diploma in logistics and supply chain management to meet the needs of the transport industry
As part of its engineering program, ESTACA is looking to diversify its range of possible courses, and in particular to offer its students the opportunity to add to their engineering training with logistics and supply chain training. The need for skills in this field is great in the transport sector, and dual skills are highly sought after by manufacturers. So, from the start of the 2024 academic year, ESTACA students will be able to enrich their engineering training with courses on the methodologies and fundamentals of supply chain management. They will benefit from the experience of leading teams in a multicultural environment, within classes bringing together many nationalities, international teachers and numerous projects carried out in intercultural teams. They will benefit not only from Kedge’s supply chain management research center, but also from workshops and in-company projects during which students will carry out consulting missions. The School’s network of companies will also be offering numerous opportunities for internships and jobs in the field.
On completion of this dual training program, graduates will be able to take up jobs such as supply chain manager, SCM manager for purchasing, distribution or production… both in the transport sector, in line with their training at ESTACA, and in other fields just as attractive to transversally trained engineers.
This dual diploma offers students from all ESTACA campuses to substitute their 5th year at KEDGE Business School within the framework of an MSc or MS ISLI in work-study or initial training. The course will provide students with one of the three qualifications offered by KEDGE’s Institut Supérieur de Logistique Industriel, which aims to train senior Supply Chain Management executives.
- post-master’s degree® ISLI in Global Supply Chain Management (MS)
- Master of Science ISLI in Global Supply Chain Management (MSc)
- Sustainable Supply Chain Manager (Level 7 professional certification)
During their year of training, students will develop their professional experience through a 6-month internship for students in the ISLI Master of Science program, or a one-year work-study program for those on the ISLI Specialized Master’s program.
To qualify for this dual-diploma, students must at least have completed their 4th year at ESTACA. They must also have an advanced level of English (TOEIC 785) or at least 1 years’ experience in an English-speaking country.
