Paris Motor Show: Discover Student Projects and Meet With Us

For the Paris Motor Show, which ran from October 14 to 20 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, ESTACA showcased associations vehicles and innovative projects created by its students. For the 90th edition, ESTACA exhibited automotive innovations designed by its engineering students on its stand E14 – Hall 7.
THE ESTACA FORMULA TEAM SINGLE-SEATER :
ESTACA Formula Team (EFT) designs and builds high-performance, energy-efficient single-seater racing cars, inspired by professional Formula 1 cars, to take part in international Formula Student competitions.
THE PV3e ENERGY-EFFICIENT VEHICLE
The PV3e association aims to design and build a high-efficiency hybrid vehicle with which students can take part in the Shell Eco Marathon races. This unusual automobile competition lines up vehicles designed by schools and universities from all over the world to cover as many kilometers as possible on the equivalent of a single liter of gasoline.
VOLTA, A COMBUSTION-ENGINE RACING CAR CONVERTED TO ELECTRIC
The association ITD (Initiation à la Technique et au Développement) has converted a traditional 208 Cup into an electric vehicle. The Volta project aims to take part in track championships in France and promote electric motorsports.
SERIES : A RESTORED VINTAGE VEHICLE
With the SERIES project, the association RACE is restoring a 1977 MG B Roadster Mklll to take part in historic races and rallies. Their goal: to bring a more responsible dimension to vintage car racing by using renewable energy sources to reduce its environmental impact.
